Hey folks! As a consultant who's helped a few small businesses adopt new tools, I've hit a snag with Adobe Firefly. I'm genuinely excited about its potential for creating marketing graphics, social posts, and even mockups quickly, especially for teams without a dedicated designer. The quality and speed are impressive!

But when I sit down with a small business owner, the conversation inevitably turns to cost justification. Their budgets are tight, and they often see design as an occasional expense, not a core operational tool. They might be using Canva's free tier or hiring a freelancer for one-off projects.

My challenge is this: how do I translate Firefly's features into tangible, bottom-line value they'll care about? I need to move beyond "it's cool AI" and speak to real business outcomes. For example, is it about saving hours per week on content creation that can be redirected to sales? Reducing freelance spend over a quarter? Or maybe increasing engagement by testing more ad variants faster?

I'd love to hear from anyone who's successfully made this case. What metrics or examples resonated most? Did you focus on the integration with other Adobe apps they might already use, or pitch it as a standalone time-saver? Any specific small business use cases that became your go-to example?
