Hey everyone, I was poking around the VS Code marketplace earlier and saw that the GitHub Copilot extension had a big update. The version number jumped, and the changelog mentions something about "contextual updates" and a new chat experience? I'm still trying to figure all this out.

I'm pretty new to using these AI coding assistants. I've only been using Copilot for basic line completions on my team's CRM integration project. I'm worried I might be missing out on bigger workflow improvements.

Could someone explain what actually changed in plain terms? Like, does the way it reads my project files work differently now? And more importantly, are there any new "recipes" or setups I should be using to get better results? For example, should I start writing my comments or naming files in a special way to help it?

Really appreciate any tips! This stuff feels powerful but a bit overwhelming sometimes 😅
