Hey everyone! I've been running our marketing-ops on OpenClaw's core platform for about six months now, and overall, it's been solid for pipeline management and basic campaign tracking. We're a team of four.

Our account rep recently pitched the "Advanced CRM Plugin," which requires purchasing an additional "Analyst" seat ($95/month on top of our current plan). The promise is two-way sync with our CRM (we use Salesforce), deeper lead scoring based on engagement data already in OpenClaw, and attribution modeling that goes beyond last-touch.

My big question is for anyone using this plugin: **does the integration deliver enough tangible value to justify what is essentially a 25% increase in our monthly cost?**

I'm especially curious about:
* **Attribution granularity:** Does it truly allow you to build multi-touch models (like W-shaped) that are actionable? Or is it just a slightly prettier report?
* **Operational lift:** Does the two-way sync actually reduce manual work? We currently have a Zap that pushes MQLs over, but it's clunky.
* **Feature gaps:** The demo made it look seamless, but I'm wary of hidden complexities. Are there specific things the plugin *can't* do that you expected it to?

I'm leaning towards proposing a one-month trial to test it, but I'd love some real-world feedback before I even bring it up with my manager. The productivity gain needs to be pretty clear to get budget approval.

Has anyone done a similar cost-benefit analysis? Would love to hear your experiences, especially if you're in a small-to-midsize team.
