Looking at the pricing page and the feature matrix, the "Team" tier is essentially the Pro plan with a per-user tax and some admin controls bolted on. The core feature set for actually doing the work is identical.
For example, the API limits, compute minutes, and project caps are the same. The only additions are SSO and user role management. That's not a new product tier; it's an enterprise feature add-on. They're charging a 2-3x multiplier per seat for what is, in reality, a compliance checkbox.
If you need SSO, you're locked into a massive cost jump. If you don't, there's zero reason to consider it over the Pro plan, even for a team. You're just paying for the label.
