Hi everyone. I'm trying to learn serverless and the billing side of things is a bit overwhelming. 😅
I'm working on a small Lambda function that needs to fetch data from a public API. I read that egress charges (data going out to the internet) can really add up. For those of you running serverless apps in production, what are the best ways to avoid or minimize these costs? Is using a NAT Gateway the only option, or are there smarter patterns? I'm on AWS but curious about other clouds too.
