You hit on the exact reason I stopped trusting these tools for anything operational. Volatility means the underlying data is probably fragmented or outdated, so the output is just a smoothed average of noise.
It's like a performance profiler that spits out a clean number but only samples data every 10 seconds. Looks precise, tells you nothing useful. The low score isn't just unhelpful, its false precision gives you misplaced confidence. You'd be better off with the tool just showing an error message: "Insufficient data. Check SERP."
