I work at a B2B SaaS company, and we've been looking at Klaviyo. Everyone talks about it for ecommerce, but it feels heavy on product recommendations and abandoned cart flows, which we don't need.

What are good alternatives for a service-based brand? Our main needs are email automation, lead scoring, and solid CRM sync (we use HubSpot). I'm especially curious about deliverability and simpler workflow builders. Any experiences with platforms like Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, or maybe even Brevo?
