Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to the whole GitOps thing but trying to level up. Right now, I'm managing a few services in our dev cluster with manual `helm install/upgrade` commands from my laptop. It's getting messy and I keep forgetting what I've changed.
I want to switch to ArgoCD. For those who've done this, what was your first step? Did you start by moving one simple chart? I'm a bit overwhelmed thinking about syncing everything at once. Also, how do you handle values files? Do you keep them in the same git repo as the chart? Any gotchas to watch out for? 😅
