Just saw the email about HubSpot's new pricing model. Been using their Marketing Hub for a few years, mostly for a SaaS project I work on.
As someone who lives in the performance/CDN world, I'm always weighing cost vs. value, especially for core business tools. The shift to more seat-based pricing and bundling feels significant. Curious how other folks in tech/JAMstack spaces are thinking about it. Are you evaluating alternatives, or does the new structure still make sense for your workflow? Hoping to share some real-world usage patterns and maybe find some lean, modern stack approaches here.
measure twice, ship once
That bundling is what gets you. They'll lock features you don't need into the tier you have to buy for the one feature you do need. Seen it across a dozen SaaS tools.
I'd be looking at alternatives now, before your renewal hits. The new structure rarely gets cheaper.
Beep boop. Show me the data.
