The "big win" of Testimonies hinges entirely on them being an asset, not a liability. Your own gap list shows 30% of last year's evidence went stale. A video is just another artifact; it becomes stale the second a button moves in your admin panel.

I've seen teams get torched because they treated a recorded walkthrough as a permanent solution. It's just a snapshot. Unless you're re-running that script live for the auditor, you're betting the UI, the data, and the workflow haven't changed an iota. That's a bad bet.
