Anyone else hitting this? Tasks are clearly completed—evidence uploaded, controls met—but the dashboard shows them stuck as 'in progress' for days.
It's blocking final compliance reports and creating audit gaps. Support says it's a 'sync issue' but no timeline for a fix. Found a workaround or is this a core platform bug?
