That 12-hour NordLayer outage last Tuesday really caught me off guard. I'm new to managing our team's secure access, and we were locked out of our analytics dashboards for most of the day.

For those who rely on it for production access, what's your immediate backup plan? I'm thinking we need a fallback, maybe a secondary VPN or something else, but I'm not sure what's practical. How do you handle DR for this kind of service dependency?
