Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to JFrog Xray and still getting my bearings with our Artifactory setup. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with an issue that's got me stumped.
Our Xray indexing has been stuck showing "in progress" for the same set of repositories for about three days now. The dashboard shows the status, but the progress bar doesn't seem to move at all. We're indexing a mix of Docker images and some npm packages, maybe a few thousand artifacts total. I thought it would finish overnight, but no luck.
I've checked the system logs (as best I can understand them) and don't see any obvious crashing errors, just regular info messages that seem to indicate it's still working. Is it normal for indexing to take this long? Or does this usually mean something is wrong?
What are the common things I should check? I have access to the admin settings but I'm not sure where to start looking for a bottleneck. Any advice would be super appreciated!
