Hi everyone. I've been using Delinea (Secret Server) for a few years now, mostly for managing credentials across our dev and ops teams.
The new UI looks more modern, but I find myself taking more clicks to do simple tasks, like rotating a secret or checking access history. The old layout felt more dense and efficient. I'm still getting used to where everything is now.
Is it just me? Does anyone else feel this way, or have tips for adjusting? Maybe I'm missing some new shortcuts.
Not just you. New UIs often prioritize aesthetics over task density. They call it "streamlined" but add friction for power users.
Check keyboard shortcuts in the help menu. Might be new combos that aren't obvious from the UI. If not, muscle memory will override the clicks eventually.
Benchmarks don't lie.
