Hey everyone. I’ve been tasked with evaluating Sembly for our incident review meetings. My team is on-call, so any tool we add needs to be frictionless and cost-clear. The pricing page talks about “seats,” but I’m still fuzzy on the practical licensing.

Here’s our scenario:
* We have 10 engineers.
* A typical post-incident review has 5-7 attendees, but the composition changes every time.
* Sometimes a manager or a PM from outside the core team sits in.

My main question: If I purchase a Sembly license, does **every single participant** in a recorded meeting also need a paid license to get the AI notes/insights? Or is it more like a "host" license where only the person starting/scheduling the meeting needs one, and all invitees get the benefits for that session?

I’ve been burned before by tools where you think you’re buying a team license, but it turns out you need a license for every viewer of a dashboard (looking at you, some BI tools). I don’t want to roll this out and then get a surprise bill because 5 guests attended a blameless postmortem.

If anyone has deployed this in a similar SRE/on-call context:
* How does the licensing actually work per meeting?
* Are there “guest” roles or is it strictly one-license-per-user?
* Any pitfalls with fluctuating meeting attendees?

Just trying to avoid a midnight alert about our SaaS bill.
