Okay, I've been testing Otter for my team's weekly syncs. I keep seeing it praised for its AI summaries and action items.
But honestly? The only part that works reliably is the recording and transcription. The "AI" parts feel tacked on. The summaries miss key points, and the auto-generated action items are often wrong or obvious.
Am I missing something? How are people actually using the AI features? For me, it's just a fancy recorder.
