Everyone's hyping OpenPipe for "intelligent" workflows. I'm trying to use their conditional logic for a simple email drip based on lead source.
The rule: if lead source is "webinar", send series A. For "download", send series B. Default for everyone else.
It's not working. All leads get the default series, regardless of source. Their docs show a simple if/else block. My config matches it. Support says the data is "propagating correctly" on their end.
So either their logic engine is broken, or their data ingestion is. Probably both.
Has anyone actually gotten this to work reliably, or is this just more dashboard theater?
