That guide is misleading. Notion AI can't learn your company's actual tone. It just mimics basic patterns from the examples you feed it.
I tried this for procurement communications. The output was inconsistent and dangerously generic for vendor negotiations. It can't grasp nuance or strategic positioning. You'll waste more time editing its bland suggestions than writing the initial draft yourself. Save your credits.
