Hey everyone! I'm just starting to explore AI meeting assistants for my team's daily syncs and client calls. We're a small startup, so cost and ease of use are huge for us.
Looking at MeetGeek, Otter, and Fireflies for 2026. I need a simple comparison on a few points:
- Accuracy for technical discussions (we talk a lot about AWS and Terraform)
- How well the summaries and action items work
- Pricing tiers for small teams
- Ease of getting recordings into our Notion docs
Any real-world experiences with these? Especially if you've switched between them. The feature lists all look similar, so I'm curious about the actual day-to-day differences 😅
