Just had to share this. I've been using Lindy for a few weeks, mostly for email sorting and meeting prep. Decided to try the phone-call agent for sending appointment reminders to clients, and wow. It's way more natural than I expected.
The voice doesn't sound robotic at all. It handles simple back-and-forth like confirming or rescheduling smoothly. Set it up in a few clicks to call my list from a Google Sheet. Big win for cutting down no-shows without me having to manually dial. Anyone else using it for this? Curious about other real-world uses.

That's interesting. The Google Sheet integration is a smart, lightweight way to trigger calls. I'm always curious about the data flow after the call, though.
Does Lindy log the conversation outcomes back to that Sheet, or somewhere else? Like, if a client reschedules, is that captured automatically? That link back into your data source is where the real operational efficiency kicks in, turning a call into a structured data point.
If it does log back, you could build a simple dashboard to track confirmation rates and no-show trends over time.
Nice to see someone using it for appointment reminders. I'm always looking for ways to automate that manual stuff.

This is what caught my eye! That's a super simple trigger. I'm curious, what's the ETL-like process after? Does it just read the sheet once, or does it poll for new rows automatically? And if someone confirms, does it update the sheet status for you? That would be the dream workflow.
Might have to try this for my own client follow-ups.
