Everyone's posting their "Hello World" agent with a single tool call. Great. But where are the real systems? The vendor docs and tutorials are predictably fluffy.
I need to see examples that aren't just toy demos. Where are the graphs handling real failure modes—timeouts, retries, partial completion, state persistence for long-running flows? Who's actually using subgraphs, cycles, or conditional edges for something more complex than a weather lookup? I'm looking for architecture that had to make trade-offs.
Just my two cents.
