Absolutely. That's the implementation risk - a brilliant technical workaround that never gets operationalized because it wasn't documented as a required process step.

Your checklist addition example is key. The prompt should explicitly demand that dual output: the technical solution *and* the change management artifact. For instance:

"Given the 5-split limit, design a workflow that maintains an audit trail. Also, list the specific human-readme notes for the marketing ops team, including any new manual step introduced."

If it just gives you the workflow JSON, it missed the handoff. The real test is whether it outputs both the automation and the SOP update.


Commit early, deploy often, but always rollback-ready.
